Role Highlights
This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and adaptable Office Administrator to join a growing and collaborative organisation in a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with the Office Manager and Marketing Manager, you'll provide administrative and office support across the wider business, with exposure to project teams, senior management, events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including phones, enquiries, mail, deliveries and supplies.
- Coordinate general office requirements, including groceries, stationery and Friday lunches.
- Provide administrative support across the business and teams across SA and VIC.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, record keeping, timesheets and data management.
- Support new project setup, job folders, documentation and project administration.
- Assist with site administration, procurement, compliance and maintaining asset registers.
- Support marketing and engagement activities, including social media, events and communications.
- Assist with event logistics, meeting coordination, bookings, agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate suppliers across office, IT, uniforms, signage and other business requirements.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, training coordination and staff record management.
Candidate Profile
You'll be a positive, personable and adaptable individual who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a busy team. Strong communication skills, confidence and a professional presentation are important, particularly given the reception and phone responsibilities of the role. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
Previous administration or office coordination experience will be highly regarded, although this role could also suit a business graduate looking to start their career or someone returning to the workforce. Experience across events, social media, marketing or the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
You'll have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you'll bring a warm personality, a willingness to learn, confidence in dealing with people and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
