As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven On-Road Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence across the state.

As an On-Road Sales Representative for AAA Trailers, you will be responsible for driving sales of our semi truck trailers statewide. This is a highly agile, customer-facing role that requires a strong ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals. You will travel extensively within your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the trucking and logistics industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of AAA Trailers products to potential clients.
- Provide expert advice on trailer selection, specifications, and customization options based on customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, industry events,



and client meetings as needed to promote brand awareness and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the transportation, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
- Knowledge of semi truck trailers and the trucking industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and maintaining a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
