About The Junction Works The Junction Works is a for-purpose provider operating within Greater Western Sydney since 1987. Our mission is to create new possibilities in people's lives through creative and enriching community, youth, children's, and disability services, aimed at improving the lives of some of our community's most vulnerable individuals.

Working out of Holsworthy Primary School in Sydney's Southwest, we deliver out of schoolhours care to over 100 children.





Position Overview The OOSH Educator plays a vital role in the daily operations of our Out of School Hours and Vacation Care programs located in Holsworthy. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children while working closely with families and the community.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising children, implementing developmentally appropriate programs, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the Center, and fostering positive relationships with local schools and community members.
