Operational Perform Analytics Lead

Are you ready to transform operational data into actionable insights that drive safety, efficiency, and performance?

We are seeking an experienced Operational Performance Analytics Lead to establish and guide a pivotal Driver Performance Analytics Program.

In this role, you will bring together complex data from telematics, fleet management, and rostering platforms to deliver integrated reporting frameworks and executive dashboards that elevate operational decision-making across the board.

What You Will Do:

- Develop an integrated Driver Performance Analytics Framework, linking operational data across telematics, workforce, and scheduling systems.
- Establish data models to measure driver and vehicle performance, including speed events, idling, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilisation.
- Design, build, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and executive reporting products, including a Driver Performance Scorecard.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate performance measures, business rules, and reporting requirements.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable recommendations that improve safety and operational efficiency

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics,



or a related discipline, alongside a current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Advanced Power BI development skills coupled with solid SQL and data modelling capabilities.
- Proven experience in designing KPI frameworks, performance measurement systems, and integrating multiple data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytics or business improvement projects and translate business problems into practical analytical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting findings to senior leaders.
