Just Better Care Gippsland is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our growing team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support across our in-home aged care and disability services.

About Us

Just Better Care Gippsland is a locally owned franchise of the national Just Better Care network, delivering personalised in-home aged care and disability support services across the Gippsland region.

We support older people, people living with disability and people recovering from injury through government-funded programs including the Support at Home Program, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

Based in Rosedale, our office team supports a dedicated workforce of Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Community Support Professionals who deliver care throughout Gippsland.

About the Role

As our Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. This is a varied and rewarding position requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Working closely with our leadership team, care partners and frontline workforce, you will provide administrative support across operations, scheduling, finance, human resources and compliance functions.

Your responsibilities will include





- Providing professional office administration and a welcoming first point of contact for participants, families, employees and visitors
- Supporting our Support at Home Care Partners with administration, service requests, documentation and follow-up activities
- Assisting with scheduling, rostering and workforce coordination
- Providing finance administration support including invoice processing, accounts queries and payroll support
- Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration processes
- Coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding and employee documentation
- Monitoring compliance requirements including NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, training records and mandatory qualifications
- Coordinating training sessions, team meetings and operational activities
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes across the business
- Providing occasional community-based support when required to assist operational needs

About You You are an experienced administration professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable and timely support.

You will bring

- Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally supporting multiple business functions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, friendly and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with employees,



clients, families and external stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- A willingness to occasionally provide light operational support within the community

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid Australian driver’s licence

Highly regarded:

- Experience in community care, aged care, disability or healthcare sectors
- Experience supporting finance, HR or workforce scheduling functions
- Understanding of Support at Home, NDIS or TAC funding environments
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration
