Lead the installation team behind Melbourne's premium steel door company.
Adoore Iron Designs is a market leader in luxury steel entry doors, gates and architectural ironwork. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, hands-on Operations & Install Manager to oversee our installation department and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects from the moment a sale is confirmed through to successful installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily installation schedule and workflow.
- Planning site measures, deliveries and installation dates.
- Communicating with customers before, during and after installation.
- Conducting quality control inspections and ensuring exceptional workmanship.
- Managing warranty items and organising service calls.
- Ordering and coordinating materials required for installations.
- Working closely with our administration team to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Improving operational systems and efficiencies as the company continues to grow.
- Assisting on-site where required and leading by example.
About you:
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Practical problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
- Trade background in construction, glazing, carpentry, joinery, metal fabrication
- Previous experience in operations, construction, project management or installation management is highly regarded
What we offer:
- $80,000–$90,000
