Reporting to our General Manager, this is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for the smooth operations & growth of our Sydney office.
You’ll be coordinating daily operations with your team, answering their queries, and helping them to solve problems.
Whether you’re delivering your weekly report or optimising your flow of fresh cars, this role requires you to be across every facet of our Sydney office.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
- taking charge of your branch’s P&L; and growth metrics
- overseeing the complete lifecycle of your branch’s cars including acquisition, repairs, and disposal
- leading and inspiring a team of specialists and making sure they have everything they need to be successful in their roles
- coordinating our solutions to any car issues for current subscribers
- assisting your team with their roles during peak times
You can expect the following support:
- a constant flow of new subscribers arriving at your branch to start car subscriptions
- a management team that is focused on the growth of your branch
- a dedicated off-site team that take care of subscriber compliance including car servicing and payments, and branch finance
- a centralised people & culture function to assist with hiring new staff or solving any staffing difficulties
This role is available due to an internal promotion. This role is Monday to Friday based at our Silverwater office, with opportunities to complete some duties remotely in line with our Work From Home policy.
Some occasional travel to Brisbane HQ may be required.
