As we expand throughout South East Queensland, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Director and play a key role in building the future of the business.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our plumbing and roofing divisions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help establish and strengthen TradePro Group's presence across South East Queensland while developing systems, managing teams, building client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for both operational excellence and business development, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to make a genuine impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Team Leadership

- Manage and lead teams of plumbers, roofers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee scheduling, productivity, quality control, and job delivery.
- Implement operational systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.




- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor workforce performance and support team development.

Business Growth

- Support the expansion of TradePro Group throughout South East Queensland.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and improve operational capabilities to support growth.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution alongside the Managing Director.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for major customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- Represent TradePro Group professionally in all client interactions.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

- Monitor job profitability and operational performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.

About You You are a natural leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and creating opportunities.

You may come from

- Plumbing, roofing, construction, maintenance, or trade services industries.
- An operations management, business management, or general management background.




- A leadership role within a growing trade-based business.
