Your Role
This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone with solid communication skills, a high degree of initiative and the ability to exceed our customers’ expectations. You will be working from our Wetherill Park depot to ensure the smooth and efficient scheduling of our specialised assets and allocation of labour to match our client’s needs.
- Schedule and coordinate assets and personnel to meet client requirements.
- Manage daily job allocations in collaboration with Operations teams.
- Validate and finalise jobs in Assignar for invoicing.
- Monitor, organise and upload video footage and maintain associated records.
- Update job statuses and information in company systems, including Maximo.
- Follow up crews regarding outstanding footage, forms and documentation.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports and operational records.
- Provide basic IT support for tablets, SharePoint and related systems.
- Respond to customer and operational enquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with reporting, administrative tasks and other duties as required.
About you
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or administration within a similar industry.
- Understanding of fatigue management requirements and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, operational teams, management and clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Sound administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience using spreadsheets and operational systems.
- Ability to accurately maintain records, reports and job documentation.
- Experience managing and organising digital files, footage and related data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
