This role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and integrated HCM architectures that align with enterprise strategy and HR transformation goals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Location: Melbourne/Brisbane Salary:



150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross Please Note:

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules

Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices

Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other middleware tools

Perform data migration and management using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Extracts, and Fast Formula

Design and deliver reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards

Define and implement security models including roles, privileges, and data security policies

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of HCM solutions

Drive innovation and continuous improvement leveraging Oracle AI capabilities within Fusion HCM Technical Expertise Requirements 8–12+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and functional processes

Hands-on expertise in:

HCM Data Loader (HDL)

HCM Extracts & Quick Formula

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools





Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security framework (roles, privileges, data security)

Expertise across multiple HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Learning)

Strong Oracle HCM domain expertise with ability to drive enterprise solution architecture decisions

Experience defining integration and data strategies across systems

Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and managing cross-functional teams

Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement leveraging HCM capabilities Essential: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Excellent communication across business and technical audiences

Strong problem-solving ability with strategic thinking mindset

Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams ADDITIONAL Experience with Oracle AI for Fusion Applications (HCM)

Exposure to global HR processes and multi-country payroll

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Integration, etc.)
