The Role

- Partner directly with senior business leaders to diagnose systemic capability and culture challenges, not simply respond to training requests
- Architect end-to-end OD programs that align to enterprise strategy and shift both performance and culture at scale
- Build capability and culture solutions that become embedded in the operating rhythm of the business, rather than delivered as one-off initiatives
- Navigate a complex, senior stakeholder landscape, blending the pace of newly appointed executives with the deep organisational knowledge of long-tenured leaders
- Operate as a trusted integrator across senior P&C; partners and specialist centres of excellence, ensuring one coherent approach





About You

- Deep, demonstrated experience in organisational development at a senior level, ideally within a large, complex, customer-facing organisation
- A track record of influencing and earning credibility with executive and senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong command of diagnosing capability and culture gaps and translating them into evidence-led, actionable solutions
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles and blended delivery, applied at an enterprise level
- Comfortable holding your own in a fast-paced, highly regulated, high scrutiny environment
