leReporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of key people, learning and transformation initiatives across the business. This role will act as the central coordinator across the OD function and will be responsible fo

- y.Maintaining project plans, action logs, trackers, schedules and status update
- s.Supporting large-scale change and transformation activities across the busines
- s.Preparing reports, insights and executive-level summaries from survey and project dat
- a.Coordinating learning, leadership and capability programs, including enrolments, communications and logistic
- s.Supporting employee engagement surveys, assessments, analysis and reporting activitie
- s.Managing vendor relationships, onboarding suppliers and tracking project deliverable
- s.Supporting process redesign, continuous improvement initiatives and system-related enquirie
- s.Maintaining documentation, templates,



knowledge repositories and governance record
- s.Building strong relationships with senior leaders, People & Culture stakeholders and external partner
