Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC service, supporting up to 60 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care - Lead the planning and delivery of engaging, play‑based programs that support children’s learning, wellbeing and development - Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community - Support, mentor and collaborate with a team of educators to drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and quality standards while fostering a positive team culture - Create a protected, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported Job Requirements - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards,



and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child Protection training is required for this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
