As an OSHC Educator, you will work alongside our leadership team to deliver high-quality before school care, after school care and vacation care programs for children and young people from Prep to Year 6.

About the Role

In this role you will:

- Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Actively supervise children and support their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Deliver engaging play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and encourage learning through play.
- Contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating the educational program in line with My Time, Our Place.
- Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth through positive interactions and behaviour guidance.
- Assist with afternoon tea preparation, food safety and hygiene practices.
- Complete program reflections, observations and required documentation.
- Follow all service policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team.
- Participate in professional development, team meetings and continuous improvement processes.

About You

- Is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment.
- Is willing to learn and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the service.

Essential Requirements

- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Blue Card.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place, or willingness to learn.
- Availability to work before school care, after school care and vacation care shifts.
