About You
You may be new to the industry,
but you’re eager to learn, motivated to grow and excited by the idea of building a career in Property Management.
- Has a genuine interest in Property Management and real estate
- Is studying towards or already holds an SA Property Management Licence
- Is friendly, polished and confident communicating with people
- Is highly organised with strong time management skills
- Is tech-savvy and quick to learn current systems
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Holds a valid SA driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support our Property Managers and Leasing Consultants with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
- Attending open inspections and assisting with tenant applications
- Supporting leasing processes for rental properties
- Conducting routine and ingoing property inspections
- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Learning and using industry-leading systems and technology
- Assisting the wider Property Management team with administrative support
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm and team spirit to the office every day
