About Our Client
Glencore is one of the worlds largest mining and resource companies, operating sites across Queensland and Australia. Collinsville Mine is a well-established open cut coal operation known for strong safety, productivity, and quality on-site facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting Shotfirers within their duties in an open cut coal environment
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine care
- Working safely in accordance with site procedures and standards
- Contributing to production targets within a team environment
What You Will Need
- Previous experience completing Shotfirer Assistant
- Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Current Drivers licence
