Permanent Part-Time (PM shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced night duty Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care Facility in Crows Nest, Queensland on a permanent part-time basis.

In this role, you will deliver secure, high‑quality, person‑centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Conducting baseline and focused clinical assessments
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Wound care management
- Supporting and leading care staff on shift
- Liaising with residents, families and staff
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies

About You

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community? We would love to hear from you.

Essential:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months' experience working in aged care
- Skilled in medication management, wound care,



resident assessments and updating care plans
- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Able to work PM shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not offering sponsorship at this moment.
