About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. You will ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard, operate safely and efficiently, and deliver an exceptional experience for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of commercial property.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire system.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance and cost‑effective service delivery.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with procurement and tender processes.
- Oversee capital works, refurbishments and building improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and act as the primary contact for facilities‑related matter.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, statutory requirements and building regulations.




- Support sustainability initiatives, environmental reporting and risk management.
- Manage building security, access control and emergency procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and property maintenance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Facilities Management within commercial property.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance and contractor management.
- Excellent stakeholder and tenant relationship management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and capital works projects.
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and building compliance.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
