Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager to lead our Harbord Diggers Club in Freshwater, NSW. This permanent full time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences across Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, Dock & Cellar, and Kitchen departments.

You will supervise, coach and develop a dynamic team, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, manage rosters, and continuously improve service delivery in a lively hospitality venue.
