Compensation: Up to $106,906 base + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave.

Job Overview

Peter Mac health (Peter Mac) provides world‑class cancer care, research and education. Our Pharmacy team supports high quality patient care, incorporating all facets of innovative clinical pharmacy practice across multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role

As a Grade 2 Pharmacist you will develop expertise in ambulatory, ward‑based cancer pharmacy services and cleanroom operations. You may also lead directed projects and contribute to ongoing educational programmes. You will work in a busy, team‑based environment focused on excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

- Assess, monitor and provide appropriate drug therapy advice for individual patients.
- Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records.
- Uphold excellence in pharmacy standards and practice.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, regulations, policies and quality standards.

About You

You will be an effective communicator and able to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll Bring With You

- AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration.
- Well‑developed organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Previous experience in oncology pharmacy practice is highly desirable.
