We at Coforge are hiring for Quality Engineering Manager with following skillset:

To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the Quality Engineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility, accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Software Development, and Testing.
- 8+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale Agile delivery programs and engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing, QE governance, and enterprise testing strategies.
- Proven experience establishing BDD/TDD frameworks and integrating testing into DevOps/CI-CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience leveraging GenAI for test automation and quality engineering use cases (preferably OpenAI and LangChain4J).
- Robust understanding of cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, software engineering principles, and modern architecture practices.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing QE teams.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, financial, risk, and delivery management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead initiatives covering Test Automation, Continuous Testing, Test Data Management, and Early Security Testing.
- Design and govern scalable test automation and continuous testing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business, development, and delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Evaluate and recommend the most effective QE tools, frameworks, and approaches based on project needs.
- Drive automation adoption, improve test coverage, and optimize delivery efficiency through ROI-driven solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct automation code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering and coding standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate the value of Quality Engineering and influence strategic decisions.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Quality Engineering, Cloud Technologies, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence.
