Chosen Family in NSW seeks dedicated Disability Support Workers to support clients with high behaviours and mental health challenges. A current driver’s licence is essential as driving will be a key part of the role.

You will work with diverse individuals, using person-centred programs, trauma-informed approaches and positive behaviour strategies. Responsibilities include personal care, medication management, community access, documentation, and advocating for clients’ dignity and independence.
