Machine Operative – Doncaster

£13.00 per hour | Full Time | Temp to Perm

Know How Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client in Doncaster for a Machine Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent chance for someone with previous production or machine operating experience who is looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established company.

Duties Include

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Loading raw materials onto machines
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Adjusting machine settings where required
- Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Completing production paperwork and records
- Working towards production targets and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have





- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Machine operating experience desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a teamCommitment to health and safety procedures
