About The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader to lead and motivate our Dispatch team (PM shift) at our new Dandenong South Distribution centre. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, efficient order picking and packing, and timely dispatch while promoting safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the dispatch team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
- Oversee pick‑pack processes and personally perform picking, packing, and put‑away tasks.
- Ensure accurate order processing and on‑time dispatch.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Support and develop team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Communicate with Warehouse managers on operational issues.
- Monitor and report workplace safety, incidents, and equipment maintenance.




- Utilise warehouse systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring

- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and team development.
- A good understanding of ERP‑type processes.
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
- Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kg.
- Forklift Licence (desirable).
