We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a critical role in Pepperstone's organization‑wide AI‑Native transformation. The role focuses on making change stick—leading people‑led transformation to embed AI‑enabled ways of working across the business. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver pragmatic organizational change strategies that enable successful adoption of AI tools, agentic workflows and AI‑enabled operating models
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, workflows, decision‑making, skills and accountabilities
- Partner closely with Transformation, Technology, People & Culture and business leaders to embed change into delivery plans
- Develop clear, targeted communications that demystify AI and answer "what's changing, why and what it means for me"
- Enable and coach leaders to role‑model behaviours and confidently lead teams through change
- Design and coordinate learning and capability uplift aligned to AI adoption maturity
- Track adoption, engagement and effectiveness using meaningful metrics and insights
- Proactively identify resistance, change fatigue and adoption risks and address them early
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and working sessions to encourage experimentation, feedback and mindset shift
- Champion responsible AI usage, continuous learning and modern ways of working across the organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management roles across complex business and technology transformations
- Robust experience leading people‑led change for digital or ways‑of‑working initiatives
- Working knowledge of recognized change management frameworks
- Practical understanding and personal adoption of AI tools, with clarity on how AI transformation impacts organizations
- Experience designing change strategies that go beyond communications and focus on behaviour capability and mindset
- Strong stakeholder influence skills including senior leadership engagement
- Experience working alongside Agile or hybrid delivery teams
- Excellent facilitation skills across leadership team and cross‑functional settings

- Comfortable working across time zones with some flexibility in hours
- Willingness to travel internationally where required
