- Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
- Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
- Support design management and procurement activities
- Support stakeholder consultation
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with T&T; safety on projects checklist
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, programme and service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.
- Conduct tender research and collate potential bid work
- Assist with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team
Qualifications
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering,
Architecture, Cost Management or related trade experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience (ideally client‑side/consulting)
- Ability to work within a large team environment and bring a growth mindset
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, rapid‑paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and writing skills
- Willingness to undertake general office assistance duties
- Retail project experience is ideal
