- Coordinate the development and update of product artwork, packaging, labels, and marketing materials.

- Manage artwork timelines to ensure projects meet production and customer launch schedules.

- Track multiple artwork projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Artwork

Review &

- Approval

- Ensure packaging artwork complies with brand guidelines, product specifications, customer brief and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain version control and approval records for all artwork.

3. Collaboration with Designers &

- Suppliers

- Work with customers/graphic designers and printers to ensure packaging artwork files meet technical specifications.





- Liaise with customers/suppliers and printers to ensure correct file formats and print readiness.

4. Documentation &

- File Management

- Maintain organised records of artwork files, approvals, and revisions.

- Manage artwork databases.

- Ensure final artwork files are stored and accessible for production use.

5. Quality &

- Compliance

- Verify artwork accuracy including product information, barcodes, ingredients, legal statements, and branding.

- Ensure packaging artwork meets regulatory standards and labelling requirements where applicable.
