About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you'll support clients aged 2 to 25 — across NDIS, private and Medicare-funded referrals — including children, adolescents and young adults with a range of neurodevelopmental disabilities and other support needs, to participate in the activities that matter most to them. You will:

- Complete occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualised,



meaningful therapy plans
- Deliver intervention in clinic, homes, schools and community settings
- Work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals
- Prepare reports and recommendations, including NDIS, Medicare (e.g. EPC) and private documentation as required
- Participate in supervision, team meetings and career development
- Contribute to group programs and service development opportunities (if interested)

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about occupational therapy and working across the 2–25 age range, from early childhood through to young adulthood
- Family-centred and strengths-based

- Organised and motivated to continue learning
- Committed to providing high-quality therapy

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Working with Children Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

What We Offer

Salary & Benefits

- $75,000 – $120,000 + Super (pro rata for part-time)
- Quarterly performance bonus

Professional Development

- $2,000 annual PD allowance (pro rata)

Supervision

- Grade 1: Fortnightly formal supervision (weekly for new graduates for the first 3 months)
- Grade 2: Monthly formal supervision
- Ongoing informal access to senior therapists for clinical support
