n We're on the lookout for Speech Pathologists to join our vibrant new clinic in Jindalee! Enjoy working in fun, modern, and fully equipped therapy spaces designed for meaningful paediatric care.

n At AIM Therapy, our Speechies are supported to do their best work. You'll be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, shared learning, and celebrating wins together. There's plenty of scope to be creative in your sessions, ongoing support to grow your clinical skills, and the time to build genuine, meaningful relationships with children and their families.





n We are also welcoming new graduates looking to kick-start their career, with strong support through structured supervision and mentorship to set you up for success.

n What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

- n
- Completing initial appointments and getting to know new familiesn
- Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the communityn
- Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.n
- Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.n
- Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grown

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australian
- A valid Working With Children Checkn
- National Police Clearancen
- A current driver's licencen
- Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids &families;n
- The ability to work independently, while also being a great team playern
