We're growing and looking for a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team of 20+ clinicians (Speech Pathologists, OTs and Psychologists). About the Role As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist at NurtureCare Kids, you'll:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write clear, professional reports
- Provide engaging individual and group therapy to kids aged 2 to 16
- Work across a varied caseload — speech sound disorders, language, AAC, literacy, fluency and social communication
- Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals to support holistic care
- Write session notes, track progress towards goals and share feedback and home strategies with caregivers
- Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment
