We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part time Breakfast Buffet Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive chef who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service.

About the Role

- Part-time position – approximately 30 hours per week

- 5 shifts per week

- Morning shifts from 5:30am to 11:30am

- Prepare, cook, and present a high-quality breakfast buffet

- Manage buffet replenishment and maintain presentation throughout service

- Complete daily food preparation for breakfast operations

- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation

- Work efficiently and independently while supporting the wider kitchen team when required

About You

- Previous experience in a similar breakfast or hotel kitchen role

- Strong organisational and time management skills





- Proactive with food preparation and buffet management

- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
