We are seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service Officer to join a leading Australian supplier of premium architectural building products. With over 20 years of industry experience, the business has built a strong reputation for quality products and outstanding customer service. This permanent part-time role offers genuine flexibility, with the option to work either 2 to 3 full days per week or school hours, making it ideal for someone looking for a position that fits around their lifestyle.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist customers with enquiries, process orders and liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations and assist with product enquiries
- Liaise with the sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation




- Follow up outstanding orders and provide customers with regular updates
- Assist with general administrative duties as required

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
