Parts Business Partner / Inventory Manager CEA is seeking a Parts Business Partner / Inventory Manager to take ownership of our national parts inventory and help drive inventory performance, availability, and continuous improvement across the business. This is a key role within our Parts and Supply Chain team, responsible for ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while maintaining inventory levels, pricing structures, supplier relationships, and service targets. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers, dealerships and service operations nationwide.

Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, this position is based at our Horningsea Park Head Office. What You'll Be Doing - Manage national inventory replenishment and forecasting activities

- Coordinate weekly sea freight orders and daily backorders
- Liaise with overseas suppliers, manufacturers and freight forwarders
- Monitor and maintain inventory service levels and stock targets
- Analyse inventory performance and recommend improvements
- Manage parts supersessions and master data maintenance
- Create and maintain new part numbers within the ERP system
- Maintain landed costs, pricing structures and margin requirements
- Produce and analyse KPI reports to support business decision-making
- Coordinate surplus stock and supplier returns




- Support the implementation and ongoing management of inventory policies and procedures
- Maintain dealer pricing schedules and bulk price lists About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, purchasing or parts operations
- Advanced ERP/MRP system experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Experience within automotive, construction equipment, heavy machinery, manufacturing, industrial or similar industries will be highly regarded Desired Skills and Experience We offer:
