As a Front Counter Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the premium customer experience Brandt/John Deere is known for.

Responsibilities - Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers - Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment - Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply - Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders - Using John Deere parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts - Managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, bin maintenance, and adjustments - Receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and materials - Locating, picking, and dispatching parts to customers and other branches - Maintaining accurate records for inventory, sales, and transactions - Contributing to a safe, organised,



and productive parts department - Other duties as required About you - Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset - Experience in parts interpretation or familiarity with John Deere equipment (highly regarded) - Ability to interpret technical diagrams and parts information - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment - Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team - Confident using computer systems and electronic parts catalogues What’s in it for you?
