- A sound understanding of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when required.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 11/Macbook).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, including user account management and password resets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and support (Outlook, Teams, Office apps).
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops,



and peripherals).
- Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and working within SLA targets.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Knowledge of mobile device support (iOS/Android) where applicable.
- Printer and peripheral device troubleshooting experience.
- Awareness of ITIL processes and incident management principles.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and data protection.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
