About the role
We are looking for an experienced Concreter / Pit Builder to join our team on projects in the Brisbane and Greater Brisbane Region. This role is responsible for the hands‑on delivery of critical infrastructure projects, working as part of a cooperative site team.
What you'll be doing
- Construct and install In-situ manholes , pits, and drainage structures
- Perform concrete works including formwork, pouring, and finishing for pits and surrounds
- Work around trench shoring, confined spaces, and live services safely
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite in line with WHS requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in manhole construction and/or pipe laying in civil projects
- Strong knowledge of stormwater and sewer systems
- Ability to read and work from plans, laser levels, and set‑out data
- Experience with trenching, bedding, and pipe alignment
- Competency in concrete works related to pits and manholes
- Confined Space and Working in Trenches (highly regarded)
- White Card – essential
- Excavator or machinery tickets (advantageous)
