We’re looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to lead client relationships, oversee quality accounting and tax work, and support the continued development of our Business Services team.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage a client portfolio by leading the delivery of accounting, tax and advisory work
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality, timeliness and commercial discipline
- Oversee and review tax compliance matters and general business advisory services
- Apply sound judgement while maintaining legislative and firm standards
- Lead team members through clear direction, review, feedback and development support
- Monitor workflow, manage competing priorities and address risks early
- Build credibility with clients and internal stakeholders and contribute to collaboration, continuous improvement and firm outcomes





What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with demonstrated manager-level experience in public practice who can lead others, build client relationships and apply strong technical judgement. Ideally, you will bring:

- 6+ years’ public practice experience, including manager-level experience across business services, tax and compliance, with portfolio management experience
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong technical capability, with the ability to review work, identify issues and apply sound judgement
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, build client relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience using relevant accounting and practice management systems, including strong Excel capability and cloud-based platforms
- Current Australian working rights with no employment restrictions
