At Eskleigh, we're passionate about supporting people with disability to live the lives they choose. Guided by our values of Care Together, Grow Together and Thrive Together, we're looking for a friendly and organised Payables & Receivables Officer to join our Finance Team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for payable and receivable enquiries, you'll help ensure invoices, payments and accounts are managed accurately while providing excellent customer service to participants, their families or representatives, suppliers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include

- Processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing participant invoicing, including SDA and other non-NDIS charges.
- Completing bank reconciliations and month-end tasks.
- Monitoring outstanding accounts and following up payments.
- Supporting reception and general administration when required.
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.

About You

You'll be organised, approachable and enjoy working in a collaborative team.



You'll thrive in a busy office workplace where priorities can change throughout the day, be able to juggle competing tasks, and remain calm and organised.

You'll also have

- Experience in finance or accounts administration.
- MYOB experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Robust attention to detail and time management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
