About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic collaborator to join our supportive, close-knit team. Someone who is passionate about making payday happen. This is a hands-on, full-time role based in our Brisbane office, ideal for someone keen to further develop their career in Payroll. You’ll deliver payroll services to our ANZ team of over 800 employees, working closely with our Stores, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end fortnightly payroll for Pedal Group and subsidiaries — delivering timely, accurate pays that our frontline teams can count on, every single time.
- Be the engine behind every pay event — new hires, terminations, salary changes, leave, redundancies, back pays, plus monthly bonus/commission runs and ad hoc weekly payments.
- Keep our payroll system and employee portal humming, managing access and ensuring the tools our people rely on stay accurate and reliable.




- Champion our frontline crew by running a responsive payroll inbox — delivering prompt, clear and friendly support that makes every team member feel looked after.
- Safeguard compliance with confidence, staying across superannuation, PAYG, child support and all statutory obligations so the business and our people are always protected.
- Partner across Operations, HR and Finance and drive continuous improvement — juggling priorities and bringing energy to payroll projects that make life better for the whole team.

Key Criteria & Qualifications

- You bring the skills to back it up — ideally 2+ years in a similar role (or strong transferable skills), with advanced Excel and Google Sheets a real bonus.
