IT and external vendors to support remediation activities - Ensure all remediation work aligns with legislative requirements and internal governance standards - Prepare documentation and evidence required for audits and compliance reviews - Communicate project updates, risks and remediation outcomes to key stakeholders - Identify systemic issues and recommend long‑term process improvements - Update payroll policies, procedures and controls to support ongoing compliance The Successful Applicant - Proven experience in payroll remediation, payroll compliance, payroll audit or payroll project environments - A minimum of 5 years' payroll experience within a complex organisation - Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance obligations and risk management - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities - The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities - Outstanding planning, organisational and project management skills What's on Offer - Genuine market‑leading remuneration dependent on experience - Amazing WFH flexibility - Initial 6 month fixed term contract with extension opportunities - Excellent leadership support and visibility - Chance to influence enterprise‑wide payroll strategy and improvement initiatives - Large‑scale, complex and rewarding project environment
