Payroll Officer - Part-time Join a supportive aged care organisation where your payroll expertise will make a real impact in a busy and rewarding environment. Part-time position based in Somerville

Salary: circa $80,000 plus super pro rata

Use your payroll experience to support a dynamic aged care workforce.

About the role The payroll officer is a part-time role, working onsite Monday to Wednesday week one and Monday and Tuesday week two. This is a key role in managing high-volume payroll in aged care industry, with exposure to SCHADS award interpretation, along with a variety of payroll processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys complexity and being part of a supportive team, while still enjoying flexibility across the rest of your week.

This role is based at our Somerville office. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Proven experience processing high-volume payroll in a complex environment

Strong knowledge of SCHADS Award interpretation and Enterprise Agreements

Advanced Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience with payroll systems, payroll reconciliations and general ledger processes

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Relevant payroll qualification (Diploma, Certificate IV or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' payroll experience
