About the Role The Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Specialist is responsible for the planning, delivery and growth of Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland's peer-to-peer fundraising portfolio.

This role drives participation, supporter engagement and fundraising revenue across All Night Long, one of our key campaigns as well as third-party peer to peer events.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end campaign delivery, optimise supporter experiences and leverage data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is ideal for a fundraising professional who is passionate about creating exceptional supporter experiences while delivering strong fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:





- Coordinate the planning and delivery of peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, ensuring activities are executed effectively and aligned with agreed objectives and targets.
- Implement multi-channel campaign activity (email, SMS, social media and digital platforms) to drive participant acquisition, activation and retention.
- Coordinate supporter journeys and engagement activities to enhance fundraiser experience, participation and overall campaign outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign assets, platform functionality and marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on participation, engagement and fundraising outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to fundraisers, team captains and community participants to help maximise fundraising success.
- Assist in coordinating peer-to-peer fundraising elements of key events, working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate data and records within CRM and fundraising platforms, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and privacy requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in peer-to-peer, community, events or digital fundraising.
- Experience managing end-to-end fundraising campaigns, events or programs.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed participation, engagement and fundraising targets.
- Strong understanding of supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention strategies.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a supporter-centric approach.
- Experience using CRM systems, fundraising platforms and reporting tools.
- Experience with Funraisin, Raisely or similar fundraising platforms is highly desirable.
