The People & Culture Advisor plays a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will deliver practical ER/IR advice, talent management and people initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing and compliance, while building strong relationships with our employees both on the production floor and in the office.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role helps create a workplace where people feel valued, supported and proud of what they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end support across the entire employee lifecycle from Recruitment to Offboarding.
- Prepare and issue employment related correspondence, including employment letters, probation outcomes, contract variations and other ER/IR documentation as required.
- Advise and support all employees and leaders on awards, enterprise agreements, workplace relations matters, grievances, policies and procedures.
- Coach leaders through people challenges and conversations that support engagement, wellbeing and performance.
- Support performance management processes, probation reviews, absence management, conducting workplace investigations and advising on employee and industrial relation matters escalating complex matters to the People and Culture Business Partner.
- Collaborate with the wider P&C; team to support initiatives that nurture a positive, inclusive culture that reflects PGD values and boosts employee engagement, retention and fosters a high-performance workforce.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.

About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- 2-4 years demonstrated delivery experience as a People and Culture skilled
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
- Experience in engaging with employees across different teams to facilitate People and Culture outcomes.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing, or blue‑collar environments (highly desirable)
