Abano Healthcare, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy across our trusted brands -Maven Dental, 1300SMILES and Lumino.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own paid search, paid social and performance marketing initiatives, driving patient acquisition, increasing treatment bookings and delivering measurable commercial results. You'll play a key role in building our in-house paid social capability while continually optimising campaigns, customer journeys and conversion performance.

What you'll be doing





- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta and other performance channels.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns to drive patient acquisition and treatment demand.
- Analyse campaign performance, optimise budgets and improve ROI, CPA and conversion rates.
- Lead creative testing, audience strategy and landing page optimisation.
- Partner with Digital, Analytics, CRM, SEO and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support local practice marketing initiatives across Australia and Recent Zealand.
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

- 5+ years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition.
