This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to work AM, PM and ND shifts. No two days are the same!





As Personal Care Assistant You Will

Deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Assist with meals, feeding, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and light housekeeping tasks.

Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional engagement.

Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Work collaboratively with the team, communicating effectively and maintaining accurate, confidential care records.

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have: Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).

Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable and committed, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable.
