We are seeking an experienced Pest Technician to join our team at Border Pest Control, a leading pest control provider in the Albury, NSW area. As a full-time Pest Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services to our residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
- Implement integrated pest management strategies, including the safe application of pesticides and other control methods
- Provide expert advice and education to clients on pest prevention and control
- Maintain detailed records of all pest control treatments and activities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pest Technician or similar role in the pest control industry
- Proficient in the identification and treatment of a wide range of common household and commercial pests
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide technical advice in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work in office at client locations as required
- Relevant licenses and certifications, such as a pest control technician license
