About the role

We are a looking for an established Physiotherapist (>1yr experience) who is looking to move away from the traditional salary model, build a repeat private practice client base and maximise your income. You will be stepping in to an already established case load, with the freedom to grow your client list to earn as much as you desire (no cap).

Your income will structured as base + commission.

The commission structure will be based on a base retainer, with 50% commission for income over the retainer.

Skills and experienceThis role requires an established private practice physiotherapist with experience in some/all of Medicare, NDIS, Workcover, Private.

New Grads this is not the role for you.

Must have FULL AHPRA registration, NOT accepting applicants requiring sponsorship.

The prospect involves:Clinical work in our Redcliffe clinic and community; providing skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription to a wide range of client such as NDIS, DVA/ EPC and Private clients.

A mix of private practice,



community and aged care sectors - based on individual preferences, experience and willingness to learn all aspects of the Physiotherapy business.

Ability to work independently

Excellent time management and communication skills

Dry needling experience preferred but not essential

Be open to upskilling yourself in multiple sectors

Have a reliable car and current drivers licence
