Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out and Build

An exciting commercial fit-out and build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane/Gold Coast team.

The business delivers a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, typically up to $25M in value across Brisbane/Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Senior Project Managers across multiple projects in fast-paced live environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor packages including RFQ's, Lettings, award and final accounts
- Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
- Review and respond to RFI'sand maintain registers




- Administer head contract obligations and EOT processes
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Maintain cost reports and support commercial management of projects

About You

- Strong background in fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Proven ability managingsubcontractor packages end-to-end
- Strong understanding ofvariations, EOTs and contract administration
- Able to managemultiple projects simultaneously
- Experience withProcore, Build Logic, Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas
- Experience deliveringlive workplace projects
