Duties and Responsibilities:

- Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding process specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
- Perform welding tasks using various welding processes.
- Fabricate, assemble, and fit metal components and structures.




- Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards will be a key part of the role.
- Identify and report any issues with welding equipment or materials.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area will also be required.

To be a successful applicant, you will need to possess the following:

- The ability to pass a weld test in the Townsville Workshop.
- Current

Work at Heights and Confined Space certificates are advantageous.

- A strong commitment to safety is essential.
- A White Card or equivalent is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain one.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- The successful candidate will be punctual & reliable.
- They may be required to undergo a Medical and Drug & Alcohol test.
