Management Accountant, Corporate Finance ANZ

If you're looking to make the move into a Multi-Billion Turnover, ASX Top 100‑listed company and build real commercial experience, this opportunity isn’t one to be missed.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Team Leader, you will use your skills in accurate reporting and analysis to interpret the numbers and give insightful recommendations. Explaining what the numbers mean in simple, clear terms will be key to your success. You will join a team of high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement to achieve market-leading outcomes. This is a genuine seat inside the business; you will directly influence a brand’s numbers by partnering with GMs and finance business partners, and you will be in the room when commercial calls are made. We trust you to run your own work, so you will not be watched over or measured by your hours – you will be measured by the quality of what you deliver and the calls you help the business make. Because we are a high transactional volume business with real data infrastructure behind us, you will have room to build and automate rather than just maintain, so the analytically strong advance rather than regress. We back your qualification and pay for your CA or CPA membership, or completion of your CA/CPA studies, and we invest in an individualized learning and development pathway plus full access to LinkedIn Learning. We also promote from within fast. Our finance leaders didn’t come in at the top; they grew here. With hundreds of finance leaders across 28 countries, the path from Management Accountant to Finance Leader to CFO is real, well‑trodden, and closer than you think. And it’s global.

As you progress, there are genuine opportunities to move across countries and brands. This isn’t a single office with a ceiling; it’s a network, and your career can travel through it.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and analyse monthly operational incentives, owning the key calculations that need to be accurate and on time
- Report on financial results and, more importantly, explain the story behind the numbers
- Find and size the opportunities that supercharge performance across our key corporate brands
- Support commercial decision‑making with recommendations people can act on
- Drive continuous process improvement so the business stays in line with best practice
- Support the forecast and budget processes

About You

You’re an energetic, customer‑centric finance professional and a commercial thinker. Naturally curious, comfortable building relationships across all levels of management, and genuinely interested in what the data is telling the business. You’re proactive, manage deadlines well, and think outside the box to solve complex problems.

- At least 2 years’ experience in an accounting, reporting or analytical role
- Comfortable using Excel to manipulate, transform and present data
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting
- CA/CPA qualified,
